Eron LuttermanStrategic Experiences

I design and host experiences in the real world and build the business models to support them. Here are a few that I’m proud of.

COLLINS House

As Managing Director, I built the Audience & Partnerships discipline from scratch alongside my co-founder, Alex Athanasiou. The discipline quickly spun out as its own business unit, and we owned the P&L from sponsorship strategy to execution and hosting. We were lucky to help continue COLLINS’ 8-year streak as Agency of the Year.

Leadership Sojourns

Introduction

Where Modern Leaders Meet Ancient Wisdom

Sojourns were immersive learning journeys we designed at COLLINS for leaders at inflection points: moments of growth, transition, or redefinition.

We took people out of boardrooms and away from bright screens, into old cities, worn paths, and high places where the usual maps stop. When your challenges no longer make sense, you need new ground to think on.

Each Sojourn was a kind of leadership archaeology: an encounter with time-tested ways of seeing, shaped by the histories and traditions of each place.

Where It All Began

In the early days of COLLINS, Brian and Leland went to Ireland. Not to solve anything. But to step away, to think.

That time reshaped how they chose to build this company. In the years after, friends and clients kept saying: I wish I could’ve gone on that trip.

So we opened the invitation.

The Approach

Designed by COLLINS, Run by World-Class Operators

Each journey was shaped by months of planning: intentional site selection, deep local research, and custom programming. We partnered with world-class operators who brought cultural fluency, logistical excellence, and access no one could find on their own.

Focused Time

Trips ran 6 to 10 days, depending on the place and theme.

Immersive Curriculum

Each Sojourn explored a core leadership theme through site visits, fieldwork, expert guides, and structured reflection.

Small Cohorts

Groups of 15–20: enough to build trust and stretch everyone’s thinking.

The Cohorts

I interviewed more than 100 applicants for each trip, selecting for breadth of perspective and depth of intent. Our cohorts included creative directors, architects, students, Broadway producers, designers, Hollywood actresses, brand leaders, CEOs, hospitality experts, artists, venture capitalists, deans of business schools, heads of family offices and more.
