Eron LuttermanStrategic Experiences

I design and host experiences in the real world and build the business models to support them. Here are a few that I’m proud of.

COLLINS House

As Managing Director, I built the Audience & Partnerships discipline from scratch alongside my co-founder, Alex Athanasiou. The discipline quickly spun out as its own business unit, and we owned the P&L from sponsorship strategy to execution and hosting. We were lucky to help continue COLLINS’ 8-year streak as Agency of the Year.

Strategy

Netflix House/Bites

Netflix came to COLLINS with an ambition: make food and hospitality a meaningful part of its entertainment universe. Its Los Angeles pop-up had introduced Netflix Bites. Now it needed a strategy that could carry the idea beyond a single event, connect a vast library of IP, and give fans a compelling reason to gather in person.

I helped define that strategy around a simple instinct: we want to step inside the stories we love. Drawing on audience research and stakeholder conversations, I developed the idea of food as a way into those worlds. With our team, we translated it into a framework for the whole experience, from menus and service to the small, surprising details that reward a fan’s curiosity.

That work helped shape Netflix Bites within Netflix House, Netflix’s flagship destination for bringing its stories to life. Food became a way to extend the experience: a place to taste familiar worlds, share a table, and keep the story going.
